Free Narcan & Drug Testing Strips by Mail – Request Form

To request Narcan and/or drug testing strips (fentanyl and xylazine) to be mailed to your residence, you must be a resident of Barry or Eaton County in Michigan. Once this form is submitted, the Barry-Eaton District Health Department will verify your address to confirm it is within our service area. All requests are reviewed and packaged on Thursday and mailed out on Friday. Requests to ship outside of the Barry-Eaton jurisdiction will not be fulfilled.
