Initial Appointments

Initial referral contact is usually received by telephone although inquiries that are received by walk-in contact during daytime business hours are also welcomed. The secretaries maintain telephone coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An informational, voice-mail provides an "after-hours" message and emergency contact information for callers.
