Operating a food establishment (an operation that stores,
prepares, packages, serves, vends, or otherwise provides food for human
consumption) | |

Operating a retail grocery or convenience store (an
operation that sells or offers to sell food to consumers for off-premises
consumption, not including take-out food intended for immediate consumption) | |

Charitable organizations or private citizens serving food to
the public | |
|
A new owner of a food service establishment.
A food service license is not transferable to a new owner or
new location. |

The
license year is from May 1 – April 30th of the following year for all
licenses, except temporary licenses. Temporary
licenses are good for 14 consecutive days at a single location.
