The staff of the administrative services division provides human resources support, financial analysis, budget preparation and monitoring, billing, payroll and accounting, communication and health education, community health analysis, emergency preparedness, contract compliance and record management for the entire health department.  The Health Officer and Deputy Health Officer provide the leadership, vision and implementation strategies.  The administrative services division also provides the support for the Barry-Eaton District Board of Health which is the governing body of the health department.
